The Saudi Real Estate Company “Al Akaria” has announced the signing of a contract with Rezaik Abdullah Saeed Algedrawy Althabeti & Partners Co, to develop “Fai Sedra 2” project within the Sedra – Roshn community in Riyadh, with a total value of SAR 425 million (excluding VAT). This comes as part of the company’s expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its residential real estate portfolio and meeting the needs of the local housing market.
The project will be developed on a total area of 92,450 square meters, comprising 310 villas with sizes ranging from 250 to 450 square meters. It will be executed according to the highest construction and engineering standards, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and external works.
On his part, the Acting CEO of Al Akaria, Mr. Khalid Alsehaibany, affirmed that the project reflects the company’s commitment to developing modern residential communities that meet family needs and keep pace with Riyadh’s urban growth. He noted that the project represents an extension of Al Akaria’s vision to deliver contemporary neighborhoods that enhance quality of life. He added: “We remain committed to delivering pioneering projects that meet our customers’ aspirations and support sustainable urban development in the Kingdom.”
This project comes as part of a series of distinguished real estate initiatives that the company is developing across Riyadh, under its strategic plan to diversify its residential offerings and expand its services to meet the needs of various social segments. The project is scheduled to commence in the near future, with delivery planned according to the agreed timeline.
